root cfe267d540 feat(vendor): AI analytics page, business metrics API, enhanced dashboard 
Add vendor AI Analytics with charts backed by storefront/chat/Gmail data,
optional model-quality snapshot UI, and business-metrics estimates from cached
orders. Enhance Overview with KPI sparklines, profit/fees charts, product
margins table, and ESLint-safe Recharts tooltips.
