Avoid nullable timeline entries by building a strict TimelineMessage array and keep storefront transcript splitting behavior stable for sorting and expansion controls.

c0d2fed17a Improve ticket timeline readability for storefront transcripts. 
Render storefront escalation transcript lines as individual conversation bubbles and keep sorting/expand controls working against the expanded timeline so reps can follow context clearly.

6cc4472feb Harden upsell reliability and ticket context completeness. 
Add strict linked-product upsell controls, improve retrieval consistency, persist full storefront escalation transcripts, and upgrade ticket APIs/UI for complete thread visibility and safer human handoff workflows.

cfe267d540 feat(vendor): AI analytics page, business metrics API, enhanced dashboard 
Add vendor AI Analytics with charts backed by storefront/chat/Gmail data,
optional model-quality snapshot UI, and business-metrics estimates from cached
orders. Enhance Overview with KPI sparklines, profit/fees charts, product
margins table, and ESLint-safe Recharts tooltips.

- Add CachedOrder holdReasonCode/holdNote and ON_HOLD fulfillment status
- Supplier UI: modal for hold reasons; vendor dashboard shows hold details
- Sync to Shopify: native fulfillmentOrderHold (GraphQL) plus JUNO_ON_HOLD tag
  and juno.supplier_hold metafield; release holds when clearing
- Preserve pending supplier fulfillment on webhook cache updates
- Docker volume for gmail-reply-logos; settings note for API scopes

7b2cb3485e feat(storefront-chat): add vendor customization modal and manual inject flow 
Introduce per-store chat branding (name, tagline, color, font, logo), open customization on enable, and separate Save vs INJECT actions so theme sync is explicitly vendor-triggered while preserving safe disable behavior.

aa871ff942 fix(storefront-chat): ground AI replies in catalog and stop KB noise 
- Filter stopwords from retrieval term matching so generic words do not
  score unrelated KB chunks.
- For product-availability questions with no product or KB hits, return
  a deterministic cannot-confirm reply (skip LLM).
- Tighten system prompt: no invented inventory, menus, or URLs; lower
  temperature.

53c2ed7a4e fix(storefront-chat): normalize shop domain matching 
Handle shop domain variants (protocol/trailing slash/case) when resolving storefront chat stores so enabled widgets do not return false 403 Widget disabled responses.
