feat(storefront-chat): add vendor customization modal and manual inject flow

Introduce per-store chat branding (name, tagline, color, font, logo), open customization on enable, and separate Save vs INJECT actions so theme sync is explicitly vendor-triggered while preserving safe disable behavior.
